Karen has been a successful Realtor since starting her real estate career with Re/Max in 1992. Karen has experienced different shifts in the real estate market and has changed her working strategies and methods through the upward and downward trends, but one thing that has remained unchanged and has been constant throughout her real estate career is her commitment to her clients... offering an elevated level of quality service.
In addition to being a real estate Broker, Karen has offered property management services since 2005 becoming a licensed condominium Property Manager and holding OCLM (Ontario Condominium Licensed Manager) designation. She is well versed and deeply knowledgeable when it comes to understanding condominium living and explaining condominium documents to Buyers & Sellers.
Karen also works with a local new home builder, Carriageview Construction, proudly selling his custom-built homes in the Brantford area.
Her hobbies include golfing & boating and relaxing at the family cottage.
