Each of our six offices has experienced agents on site to answer enquires that come into the offices be way of walk-ins and telephone enquiries.
Many of our busy agents often will have overflow of inquiries or people that are in need of some assistance so they will enlist the help of enough agent within our organization to help them handle the overflow.
Our own RE/MAX Twin City website leads are distributed as requested by the specifics of the lead and the location of the request. Many of our agents will participate in the office lead programs.
RE/MAX has a very strong and successful referral network that many agents have tapped into the power of. By sharing clients between regions and globally we are able to help assist many new clients in there relocation needs.

Admin Support Staff
We feel it is crucial you spend your time on your business which is why we offer the support of thoroughly trained & proactive support staff as an extension of your service to your clients from first contact to the deal closing. A few of the time consuming admin tasks we take off of your plate: relaying calls, greeting clients, distribution and receipt of documents or items listing, processing, reporting, uploading and document management, deal processing, invoicing and lawyer delivery/communication, expense and payment to your suppliers.
One on One Training
Each office has a highly skilled, service oriented Office Coordinator to offer one-on-one technical training and general support through glitches as you move through your busy day. This support is crucial in navigating the time consuming stumbling blocks that today's busy Realtor faces.
We have an IT company which can be onsite or work remotely to reduce down time with any technology glitches.
Our management team is agent focused. They are not dependant on personal real estate sales which take time and money from realtors.
There are 6 offices open 7 days a week. You have the ability to use the facilities, sales services and technology of any of the RTC offices for quick pop-ins, client meet-ups or larger group meetings.
Comprehensive Transition Program
When you MOVE UP to RTC we guide you through the brokerage change to save you down time and client loss. We have supported countless agents through and are happy to advise on best practices for our new members.
We ensure you have the key ingredients for a successful business at you fingertips. Our paperless process system allows you to save time and storage! Log in to our secure system to view email and add CMA's notes, photos, appraisals, gift ideas, marketing plans, etc. to your listing or sale. No need to spend time on additional record keeping. Of course one on one training is also included.
Starting the Process of Getting Your Real Estate License
Take the Real Estate Salesperson Program consiting of a combination of mandatory eLearning courses, theory examinations and simulation sessions. Courses include Real Estate Essentials, Residential Real Estate Transaction, Commercial Real Estate Transaction and Getting Started. These courses weave key legal elements in while giving a mix of theory and practical knowledge.
Registration with RECO
Once you have completed your training and registered with RECO, students have up to a year to gain employment with a brokerage
During this 2 year phase you will work as a registered salesperson at a brokerage and build on your training with on the job experience. During the articling period Graduates must complete an elective course to finalize their training and be eligible to renew their salesperson registration
