An established leader in the real estate industry, Sandra has a consistent success in all the challenges she faces. A long time entrepreneur with an impressive list of career achievements, Sandra continues to face challenges critically and objectively, ensuring decisions and implementations are made with care, and with the end goals firmly in mind.

After an 11 year career selling real estate, Sandra left the real estate sales world for industry leadership. In 2017, Sandra became a Managing Broker at a lively real estate office of over 115 agents. Surpassing KPIs in recruiting, cost control and elevating Realtor provisions, Sandra proved capabilities in this realm quickly.

With a clear skillset in cultural and productivity development and communication delivery, Sandra was called to fill the role of the Manager of Professional Development for that brokerage early in 2020. During this tenure, Sandra developed and implemented successful launch strategies for new business practices, staff procedures and achieved impressive metrics of successful adoption for platforms such as ShowingTime, Broker Bay, KVCore and more. Remarkably, these successes were accomplished successfully during the COVID-19 global pandemic.

Those successes led Sandra to RE/MAX Canada headquarters. In the role of Director of Business Growth, Sandra worked closely with the network's broker owners across Canada to grow their brokerages. Facilitating franchise renewals, brokerage expansions, mergers, acquisitions as well as coaching broker owners in all aspects of their business, Sandra gained unique experience, rounding out a vast experience. 

With a heart firmly planted in brokerage services, Sandra has finally settled at REMAX Twin City, bringing her vast experience home to support the area’s most successful brokerage in its continued successes and future growth.

Sandra thrives on exploring options and paving a solid path. A past two-term director of a real estate association, she continues to maintain involvement in organized real estate. She has taken and delivered some of the top coaching and training programs, experimented with many of the tools available to Realtors today, and has an inherent understanding and appreciation for the various opportunities for people of all kinds.

Sandra is also passionate about her personal life. A wife and mother, she spends her non-working hours exploring life, and travelling the world.
